This versatile, easy-to navigate system provides you a central location for client account management, bandwidth usage reporting and private labeling options using our branding tools. Advanced reporting capabilities and convenient at-a-glance Dashboard features ensure up-to-the-minute information on all client account activity.

VitalStream Reseller MediaConsole

Training and Sales Support
Internap provides each reseller with the tools needed to quickly and easily sell Internap products and services. You will be assigned a Channel Account Manager to assist you with sales strategy, lead distribution and provide onsite or remote product training tailored to your individual needs.

Marketing Support
Internap offers Resellers access to a collection of marketing tools via the Internet including sales presentations, product collateral and user guides. In addition, co-branded or customizable materials may also be available.

Technical Support
Resellers are responsible for providing first level technical support for their clients. The Internap technical support team is available for second level support and beyond. In addition, Internap provides resellers priority support for the fastest response possible.
Requirements:
Must provide current Tax ID number
Web site presence
Ability to provide tier one support
Supply a documented sales and lead management process
Make minimum annual revenue commitment
Ability to provide financial references
Have staff that is familiar with CDN services
Ability to provide trade references
Demonstrate technical competence
Have a documented audit process
Provide 3 business referrals
Account management and follow up process
Complete Internap reseller profile
Signed NDA
Complete Internap training
Provide credit references
Resellers are independent contractors for all purposes, whether or not the word “partner” may be used in connection with the program. All above descriptions of the program and terms of participation are qualified in their entirety by the language of Internap’s Reseller Agreement, which governs the relationship between the parties. Please see Internap’s Reseller Agreement for details. Internap disclaims any representations, warranties or obligations other than those as set forth in a Internap Reseller Agreement signed by its authorized representative.
