Referral Partner Program Overview

The Internap Referral Partner Program provides you the opportunity to earn substantial commissions for referring new customers to Internap. Internap Referral Partners have no monthly commitments and do not need to assist with the sale. Simply provide us with a business referral, and we will take it from there. We’ll provide the product demonstrations, close the sale, ensure a smooth installation and provide ongoing customer service and support. Your only responsibility is the referral: No support, No billing.

How do I register?

Becoming a Internap Referral Partner is easy. Simply review and meet all program requirements and request the Referral Agreement . A program representative will send you the agreement and determine your eligibility.

Commissions are paid on each order that is closed with a new qualified customer. New qualified customer is defined as any business or entity that is not current or previous pursued business via Internap direct sales team. Other conditions/restrictions apply. Please see Internap Referral Partner Program Agreement for details. Referral partners are independent contractors for all purposes, whether or not the word "partner" may be used in connection with the program. All above descriptions of the program and terms of participation are qualified in their entirety by the language of Internap's referral agreement, which governs the relationship between the parties. Internap disclaims any representations, warranties or obligations other than those as set forth in a referral agreement signed by its authorized representative.
