Origin Synchronization allows you to replicate your origin to the Internap CDN storage system with no need to manually upload your content.

Origin Pull is the perfect solution if you prefer to keep your content on your own website. With Origin Pull, the requested content is "pulled" from your origin servers as needed and then delivered to your customers. You can set rules for how long your content is considered fresh and the CDN will automatically track this and only ask for an update if one is really needed. This helps reduce the bandwidth and overhead on your web server.
